- We carry out 3 monthly inspection with Video and Voice reporting
- We process tenant vacate, Exit Inspection, organizing tenant bond refund and deductions for FREE
- We advertise on Trademe, JP Properties website, Skykiwi & Hougarden
- We offer you a Low Disbursement Fee including rates, repair & maintenance, garden & lawn, water payment etc...
- At your request we withhold money and pay your Body Corporate Levies
- We provide long & short term rentals to suit your needs in diverse market conditions and finance & accounting advises for FREE
- We have the ability to deal with English and Chinese speaking clients, we provide report in two different languages for FREE
- We attend Body Corporate AGM meetings for FREE
