  • We have the ability to deal with English and Chinese speaking clients, we provide report in two different languages for FREE

  • We attend Body Corporate AGM meetings for FREE

  • At your request we organize Professional Photography at your property

  • We run through a in depth Tenant Background Check, Rental Reference Check and Credit Check covered by two biggest credit control companies

  • We charge a low Management Fee

  • We carry out 3 monthly inspection with Video and Voice reporting

  • We advertising on Trademe, JP Properties website, OneRoof & HouGarden

  • We offer you a low disbursement fee, including rates, repair & maintenance, garden & lawn, water payment etc…

  • At you request we pay the Body Corporate Levy on your behalf

To protect your interests and to maxmise your investment return, our services also include;

  • We collect tenant bond and lodge to the bond center in timely manner

  • We collect rent and provide daily monitor

  • We pay the collected rental into your nominated bank account once or twice every month

  • We do yearly rent review

  • We attend Tenancy Tribunal & Mediation after consult with you
